Jamie xx and The Chemical Brothers are set to headline new Bristol festival Forwards this September.
The event – fresh for 2022 – is set to take place on Clifton Downs between September 3rd and 4th, with other acts on the bill including Little Simz, Self Esteem, Khruangbin, Fred Again.., Floating Points, Caribou, Rósín Murphy, Sleaford Mods, Kae Tempest, Kojey Radical, Shygirl, The Comet Is Coming and Gabriels.
As well as music, the event will also have a ‘Forwards Thinking’ strand, which is described as featuring ‘renowned speakers, ideas and debate at ‘The Information’ with social initiatives and sustainability at the festival’s core’.
Tickets for Forwards 2022 go on sale on Friday, 25th February, with a pre-sale on Thursday, 24th February.
