Kamal. has just dropped ‘essential’, and announced a brand new EP

Kamal. has released a brand new track, ‘essential’, and announced his new EP, ‘so here you are, drowning’.

With his new EP due for release on 17th March, ‘essential’ spearheads the release, musing on the fallout of a breakup and trying to find the good in that. It is his first release since 2022’s ‘better’ and ‘nowhere to hide’, marking a new era for the 20-year-old.

The release is accompanied by an amity bloc directed music video, which sees Kamal and his friends attempt to dispel some of their frustration in an apocalyptic London. You can watch the full video below.
