Killer Mike is heading off on a US tour this summer

It'll follow on from the release of his first solo album in eight years, 'Michael'.

Killer Mike has announced a summer tour of North America following the release of his first solo album in eight years, ‘Michael’.

The LP is set to drop on June 16th via Loma Vista, and early singles include ‘Run’ with Young Thug and Dave Chappelle, ‘Talk’n That Shit!’ and ‘Don’t Let the Devil’, which features a guest appearance from El-P.

Killer Mike’s live show will be named ‘Killer Mike and the Midnight Revival’, and kicks off in Birmingham, AL on July 10th before winding up in New Orleans, LA on August 5th. Other dates include Charleston Music Hall in SC, The NorVa in VA, The Apollo in NY, Pitchfork Music Festival in Chicago, The Fillmore in San Francisco, The Theatre at Ace Hotel in LA, and the House of Blues in both Houston and Dallas.

The past few years have seen Killer Mike focus on Run the Jewels, the hip-hop duo he formed with El-P in 2013. The pair have released four albums in that period, with their most recent being ‘RTJ4’ in 2020.
