King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard plan on releasing four albums in 2017

Show offs.
We all know King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard are prolific. They’ve released eight studio albums in the last four years. This time though, they’re taking the jumbo, chocolate coated biscuit.

Talking to triple j, the band revealed they’re planning on releasing four albums in 2017. Four. Yep.

“We’re actually working on four separate projects at the moment, which hopefully we can release next year sometime” co-frontman Stu McKenzie revealed.

“Four Gizzard albums, I guess next year, that’s the idea,” confirmed drummer Eric Moore. “Stu’s been chipping away at [the next] record that we’ve tracked all the music for and it’s just the stage of putting together a few overdubs and get it mixed.”

Show offs.
