King Princess’s new single ‘For My Friends’ has a release date

You can check out a live version of the track recorded earlier this year now.

King Princess‘ new single ‘For My Friends’ is set to drop next week.

Revealing the news on social media, it’s described as the start of ‘KP2’, and will debut at 9pm PT on Thursday 17th March. That translates to 5am on Friday, 18th March in the UK.

Writing on Twitter, King Princess recently described the track as “the first single from my second record” and states it’s “coming out soon”.

If you can’t wait, a live version of the track is available to stream on YouTube, recorded at Madison Square Garden earlier this year.

Last month, King Princess revealed that “KP 2 is commencing”, presumably referring to the new era about to kick off.

She also recently appeared on a new version of Griff & Sigrid’s collab single ‘Head on Fire’. Teaming up with the duo and fellow popster MØ, she commented: “Thank you to these gorgeous gorgeous girls for asking me to come sing and play on ‘Head On Fire’. This song slaps!”

King Princess’ debut album ‘Cheap Queen’ dropped back in October 2019. Last year she dropped a new single, ‘House Burn Down’, following up up this year with Fousheé team-up ‘Little Brother’.
