LA Priest has returned with news of a first album in five years.

Titled ‘GENE’, it’ll be former Late of the Pier man Sam Dust’s second album, following up on 2015’s debut ‘Inji’, and is previewed by a lead single, ‘What Moves’.

“This song asks ‘what moves…?’ 20 times. The answer is in the guitar solo,” he says.

Top pop fact: ‘GENE’ is named after a drum machine that Sam built, which is used on the record. It’ll be released via Domino on 24th April.
