LANY perform a very wet rendition of ‘Malibu Nights’ in their new video

It's the title-track from the band's latest album.

LANY have released a new video for ‘Malibu Nights’.

The title-track from their new record, the clip features an atmospheric set on the beach, at night.

“It is sonically definitely brighter,” says Paul Klein of the band’s new music in the November issue of Dork. “Just like even scientifically speaking it’s brighter, I mean as far as all the equalisers we chose and the sounds that we were working with everything is technically and literally brighter.

“I knew that some of these songs are pretty heavy, and I think it’s always beautiful to contrast things in art and, so because the subject matter was a little dark, I wanted to do everything we could to juxtapose that with visuals and with the sound.”
