London Grammar prove they’re special at BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend

Like it was ever in any doubt.
Over the weekend, BBC Radio 1 threw a massive party in Hull. City of glittering delights, their Big Weekend packed all kinds of superstar names. Being the BBC, they’ve also shared a whole load of performances in case you missed it as it happened.

While most bands might get one track pulled out, London Grammar are special. How many other bands could show up midway through the day on a festival full of immediate, aggressive, direct bangers and bring everything to an enchanted halt. Not many. Watch them offer up new cuts ‘Oh Woman Oh Man’ and ‘Rooting For You’ below.

You can also find a bunch of full sets from the event over on the BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend website here.
