Los Angeles’ FYF Fest 2018 has been cancelled.

Promoter Goldenvoice is said to have pulled this year’s event due to low ticket sales. Previously announcing a line-up including the likes of Janet Jackson, Florence and the Machine, My Blood Valentine, St. Vincent, The xx and more, FYF was set to take place between July 21st and 22nd in Los Angeles’ Exposition Park.

A statement from the festival reads: “After much consideration, we have made the difficult decision to cancel FYF Fest 2018.

“Our team of many women and men have worked tirelessly on this event for man years but felt unable to present an experience on par with the expectations of our loyal fans and the Los Angeles music community this year.

“We will be announcing some special local shows soon, featuring some of the amazing artists from the 2018 line up.”
