Lucia & The Best Boys has shared a new video.
‘Burning Castles’ is the title-track from her upcoming debut, set for release on 29th September via Communion Records.
The clip was creative directed by Lucia and Ronan Park, and directed by Rianne White. “I wanted to challenge myself in a new emotional and physical state, using aerial silks to inform a sense of journey into the process of creating this visual,” explains Lucia.
“The headspace of breaking through into a state of vulnerability and physical strength gives a bite of tenacity to how struggle and pain can still appear beautiful. The shell acts as a metaphor, an inner world hidden away from the harsh exterior cradled by weight of the world, broken into textures of sand and rock. The impact of time not only speaks through the landscapes of the harsh Scottish coastlines, but also exists within my personal evolution to this place.’”
