Luna Li has shared her lush new single and video, ‘Alone But Not Lonely’.

The Toronto multi-instrumentalist was inspired by a move into a new apartment, where, ironically, she definitely wasn’t alone…

“I wrote ‘Alone But Not Lonely’ in my very first apartment which was cockroach infested,” she says. “I was feeling really uncomfortable and lonely in the new space, and decided to write this song to cheer myself up and entertain my new found insect friends.”

Of the accompanying clip, she adds: “The globe motif in the video is to highlight that every person is a world within themselves. I hope that people can dance alone in their rooms to this song and feel joyfully connected to themselves.”
