M.I.A. is working with Diplo again on new track ‘Birds’

It drops next week.
M.I.A. and Diplo are working together again, for the first time since 2010.

The pair fell out with each other pretty publicly, with M.I.A. accusing the producer of being jealous in a Rolling Stone interview last year. Diplo co-produced her biggest hit, ‘Paper Planes’, with the two also having a five year relationship. Them being back together is ‘a thing’, basically.

They’re reforming on M.I.A.’s new single ‘Birds’, set to debut on August 12th. It’s taken from fifth (and possibly final) studio album ‘Go Off’, which is set for release on September 9th.
