Mabel is on an emotional journey to the dancefloor with her new single ‘Good Luck’

The new cut features Jax Jones and Galantis.

Mabel has dropped her new single, ‘Good Luck’.

Featuring Jax Jones and Galantis, Mabel describes the track as “the empowering song you need when getting ready to go out: when you’re feeling low about someone, and your friends will take you out to get that person off your mind.”

A press statement alongside the track explains how the track is inspired by “the emotional journey Mabel has been on these last few years”, moving back in with her parents at the start of lockdown and channelling all the things she missed into new music.

Re-watching ‘Paris Is Burning’, ‘Pose’ and ‘Drag Race’ between writing songs, she reflected on “how dance music became a generational hub for expression, liberation and inclusion”.

‘Good Luck’ arrives alongside a new video. You can check it out below.
