Marmozets’ new album is very good, and you can hear it now

Have a listen to ‘Knowing What You Know Now’.
Marmozets’ new album ‘Knowing What You Know Now’ is out today, and you can give it a listen below.

The time between their debut album, ‘The Weird and Wonderful Marmozets’, to their upcoming ‘Knowing What You Know Now’ was a taxing time from frontwoman, Becca Macintyre, and she talks all about it in the new issue of Dork.

Forced to have surgery on both of her knees at the start of 2016 before undergoing painstaking physiotherapy to essentially learn to walk again, the medical attention that Becca needed forced Marmozets to cancel a US tour, bringing the globe-trotting cycle for that first full-length record to a grinding anti-climax.

“It was something that I had to completely go through, and you know what?” she says. “This is the best I’ve ever been, I’ve got just a new lease on life. I think it’s important for people to share their story and testimonies and not hide it, because if you hide it, you can’t show a little bit of light for other people to be able to do the same thing.”

You can order a copy of the new issue of Dork here. Alternatively, you can subscribe and get every issue sent direct to your door. You know you want to!
