Metronomy debut another banger ‘Back Together’

Another track from Metronomy’s forthcoming album ‘Summer 08’ has been given a debut spin.

Titled ‘Back Together’, the track was played by Marc Riley on BBC 6 Music earlier this evening (June 7th). It’s an absolute banger.

The full-length, ‘Summer 08’, is set to drop on July 1st. The follow up to 2014’s ‘Love Letters’, it’s named after the last summer main-man Joseph Mount had free, apparently.

“I started recording last year, at the end of our touring ‘Love Letters’,” Mount explained “I kind of had two weeks to go and do as much as I could. It’s a pretty upbeat record. It’s the most fun thing I’ve done in a fun time.”
