Metronomy have shared a surreal new video for ‘Insecurity’

What is going on here.

Metronomy have shared a new video for ‘Insecurity’.

It’s a track from their recent album ‘Metronomy Forever’, released just a few months ago, and it arrives to coincide with their current UK tour, which will see them play Bristol, Nottingham and Birmingham this week.

“Working with Rich [Phillip Smith] and Jake [Lazovick] to make the new video was an absolute pleasure,” says Joe Mount. “Not only are they a bunch of geniuses, but they also took us to Philadelphia to film it, we love Philadelphia.

“I never really got the bottom of what the video is about, but I think it has something to do with me conspiring with some ‘suit’ to create the perfect party.”
