Melbourne pop artist Mia Wray has released her new EP, ‘Stay Awake’.

The exceptionally good five-track release features her previous three hits ‘Stay Awake’, ‘Evidence’ and ‘Rerun’, along with new tracks ‘Happy’ and ‘I’d Be Lying’.

Of ‘Happy’, she says: “That song was my journey coming to terms with: I need to see a doctor, I may need to go on some sort of prescription. Because I can’t keep trying to convince myself that everything’s fine. I thought crying or feeling dissociated or numb most days was normal. I convinced myself that my problem wasn’t as big as other people’s problems, but I got tired of that.”

Check out the EP below; it arrives ahead of a visit to The Great Escape this spring.
