Is MIA’s record label blocking her Diplo collab?

Original version of current single ‘Bird Song’ is, well…. MIA
MIA has hit out once again, this time at her record label Interscope for apparently blocking her collaboration with Diplo from ever seeing the light of day.

Whilst the Blaqstarr remix of ‘Bird Song’ was flown out into the world last week, the original is yet to appear – with Interscope in the firing line for why we’re all still waiting.

Taking to Twitter (its always Twitter), MIA directly called out her label in a series of tweets:

Whatever version makes its way out there, MIA’s fifth studio record ‘AIM’ is set for release on September 9th.
