MØ has shared her fab new single ‘Nights With You’ – check it out below.
Released for New Music Friday (of course), it follows on from recent hit single ’Final Song’, ‘Drum’, and ‘Don’t Leave’, a collaboration with Snakehips.
“‘Nights With You’ is about my best friend,” she explains. “I’ve known her since kindergarten and she is like a sister to me. We are very different but also super similar and we’ve shared our life together on so many levels.
“The lyrics are about telling your soulmate to let go of all the worries. We live in crazy times, in a crazy world with crazy expectations to what happiness is, and the pressure we put on ourself is enormous.
“Sometimes all you need is someone who knows you well to just demand of you to stop worrying, turn off your phone, go out, get smashed and forget about life as we know it. If only just for a while.”
