Muse have announced a new single, ‘Compliance’.

Following up on January’s offering ‘Won’t Stand Down’, the new cut will arrive this coming Thursday, 17th March. Both tracks are expected to form part of an as-yet-untitled ninth studio album, set to arrive later this year.

The announcement comes alongside a video, displaying the message: “Compliance is about the promise of safety and reassurance sold to us by powerful entities during times of vulnerability. Gangs, governments, demagogies, social media algorithms & religions seduce us with misleading untruths and comforting fables.”
