Mysie has shared a new track ‘fade’.
The song lifted from her upcoming EP ‘joyride’ which will be released on 13th May via Fraser T. Smith’s 70Hz.
“I’m questioning the meaning of love” explains Mysie. ’fade’ is about the beginning of the end of my relationship and I was really in the thick of it at the time”.
“From the first time we met, it was always very clear to me that Mysie was an extraordinary talent” adds Fraser T. Smith. “Working closely with her over the past two years and watching her develop into one of the country’s most exciting new artists and songwriters has been a fantastic experience for me and the 70Hz team. The joyride EP is Mysie’s best work to date, as she opens up her heart, mind and soul – and takes the listener on an intimate, beautiful, rhythmic journey”.
Mysie takes to the road next week supporting Corinne Bailey Rae, before full band performances at The Great Escape Festival in May and an upcoming headline date at London’s Courtyard Theatre on June 16th.
