NCT 127 will drop their repackaged album ‘Ay-Yo’ in January

  • December 27, 2022

NCT 127 have announced plans to release a repackaged version of their fourth studio album ‘질주 (2 Baddies)’, titled ‘Ay-Yo’, next month.

The album is set to arrive on 30th January and will feature three brand-new songs, including its title track.

News of the group’s upcoming release was first reported by South Korean news outlets earlier this month, with SM Entertainment confirming, “NCT 127 are working to prepare repackaged album with the goal of releasing it in January next year.”

The repackaged album will arrive approximately four months after the original ‘질주 (2 Baddies)’, which was released in September and marked the boyband’s first and only domestic release of 2022. Prior to its release, NCT 127 released the ‘Sticker’ studio album in September 2021, which was followed up by its repackaged companion ‘Favorite’.

The nine-piece also just appeared on the annual SM Entertainment company-wide winter project, titled ‘2022 Winter SMTOWN : SMCU PALACE’.
