If you thought Interpol’s ‘Evil’ was the creepiest puppet to feature in a music video, well, Parquet Courts are here to give you some fresh nightmares.

Directed by Phil Collins (no, not THAT one), the video for their title track ‘Human Performance’ features a variety of disturbing puppets engaging in even more disturbing behaviour. If you’ve ever wondered what it would look like if a hyper-realistic Vladimir Lenin marionette took part in some casual debauchery, while a pack of more cartoonish puppets tried to seduce and/or eat an indie band, then this will be right up your alley.
