Australian heavy outfit reunite with Jordan Fish for expansive seventh record.

Northlane have announced their seventh album, 'Anemoia', due for release on 30th October, alongside its latest single, 'CUT_it'.
Executive produced by Jordan Fish, the follow-up to 2022's 'Obsidian' takes its title from the feeling of nostalgia for a time or place never experienced. New track 'CUT_it' tackles burnout, with frontman Marcus Bridge explaining: "'CUT_it' is about burnout, the feeling of grinding through things when you're completely spent, mentally and physically. The imagery is deliberately visceral, painting a picture of that exhaustion rather than analysing it."
The idea for 'Anemoia' came after guitarist Jon Deiley saw a set by UK producer Evian Christ, inspiring him to explore how trance music could sit alongside the band's heavy sound. The record also features a guest appearance from Dayseeker.
Northlane will support the album with a UK and European tour alongside Dayseeker later this year.
