October’s Dork is out now!

Black Honey and Dream Wife are two of the hottest bands on the planet. As they hit the road together, they also take the cover of this month's mag.
Dork, October 2016
Black Honey are going places fast. So are Dream Wife. Two of the hottest, buzziest new bands on the block, they’re currently on the road, ripping up the UK touring circuit as they go. Obviously, Dork isn’t the kind of mag to hang around and wait for the flames to die down before charging in. Both bands team up for October’s cover feature – which hits the streets today (7th October).

As ever, it’s a packed issue full of brill bands. There’s Jagwar Ma, Two Door Cinema Club, Hamilton Leithauser & Rostam, PWR BTTM, Kero Kero Bonito, Sohn, Daughter, Sunflower Bean – loads of ’em. We get up close and personal with future-icon Girli, chat to Pumarosa about their forthcoming album, put Spring King through our 20 questions, get The Magic Gang’s guide to Brighton and find out what a day in the life of Lande from Muncie Girls is like.

Hype brings along some ace new blood, from Kloe to Nimmo, Drones Club and more. There’s the usual reviews, ratings, news, bangers and other gubbins. We’ve almost certainly forgotten something too. We’re always forgetting stuff.

You can pick up the October issue of Dork from today (7th October) at selected venues, bars and record stores. Can’t track one down – that’s cool. You can order one online, subscribe, or read it online here. Everyone’s a winner.
