Okay, now we can say it’s Christmas – Glass Animals unveil their ‘Winter Wonderland’

The Animals played the classic and ‘Life Itself’ for Radio 1’s Piano Sessions
People may be trying to tiptoe around Christmas still, but there’s no doubt that we’re fully into the Christmas spirit – especially after listening to Glass Animals’ version of ‘Winter Wonderland’.

Dave and Drew from the band stopped into Huw Stephens’ Radio 1 show last night for his Piano Sessions, dropping a pretty stunning slice of Crimbo pie with their version of the classic, along with a stripped back take on storming single ‘Life Itself’.

It rounds off a mammoth 2016 that has seen them become an indisputable global force – something they’ll be continuing through 2017 with a string of huge headline shows across both the UK and Europe, along with being one of the first bands confirmed for next year’s Reading & Leeds.

The full runs includes a landmark night at London’s Brixton Academy, so if you ain’t nabbed tickets yet – what on earth are ya doing?

Until then pull up a chair, a glass of mulled wine and whack on your best Santa hat – Glass Animals have Christmas covered below,
