Omar Apollo has released new visuals to accompany his popular single release, ‘Evergreen (You Didn’t Deserve Me At All)’.
The track was originally featured on the American singer-songwriter’s recent LP release, ‘Ivory’, which was originally released in April of this year – Dork’s 4-star review described the album as a, “poised statement from someone possessing absolute multitudes”.
Since then, the track has received a sped-up rerelease, as well as a live recording from NPR’s infamous Tiny Desk. The music video accompaniment was shared on November 21st, in the midst of Apollo’s 26-date North American tour run, with the new visuals directed by Rubberband.
The 25-year-old Indiana native may only have one full-length record under his belt, but he has already been nominated for Best New Artist at the 2023 Grammy Awards.
