Our Girl have released their debut album ‘Stranger Today’, out today (Friday 17th August).
“It was great as we could come in at any point in the day, like ‘really’ late and have that freedom available to us – it made a big difference to the experience,” Soph Nathan says of the band’s time in the studio. “It was so all-consuming; it tired me out in a way that was cool but intense – I’d never felt like that before.”
You can read all about the record in the September issue of Dork – also out today, ‘FYI’ – alongside chats with Spring King, Idles, Anna Calvi, Slaves, Friendly Fires and loads more.
