Perfume Genius has shared a new short film, ‘Pygmalion’s Ugly Season’.
Featuring music from new album ‘Ugly Season’, which is set to drop this Friday (17th June), the 30-min film is a collaboration with visual artist Jacolby Satterwhite.
‘Ugly Season’ was created for Perfume Genius and choreographer Kate Wallich’s 2019 immersive dance piece ‘The Sun Still Burns Here’, and was put together for the new LP alongside partner Alan Wyffels longtime collaborator Blake Mills.
