Pronto Mama premiere new single, ‘Double Speak’

The Glaswegian six-piece's debut album lands in May.
Glaswegian six-piece band Pronto Mama are soon to release of their debut album, ‘Any Joy’, due on 5th May via Electric Honey. Before then, they’re premiering single ‘Double Speak’ here on Dork – check it out below.

“’Double Speak’ is about thinking you deserve more than you’ve actually earned and thinking you know more than you’ve actually learned,” says the band’s Marc Rooney. “It’s a song about how selfishness poisons the mind to the point where you don’t think you deserve anything, you may be right yet. Alcohol induced duplicitous personalities and their girlfriends and other peoples girlfriends. Playing the victim and feeling foolish. Being in your early 20’s and acting like a complete fuckwit. Oh tae be young again. Ignorance was bliss.”
