Pumarosa are all abuzz for their new video for ‘Lions’ Den’

Buzz buzzz.
Pumarosa have released a new video for their track ‘Lions’ Den’.

It’s the latest track taken from the band’s debut album ‘The Witch’, and coincides-ish with their sets at Robert Smith’s Meltdown Festival (24th June) and Citadel (15th July).

“[It’s] a song about ideology and power,” the band explain. “It asks people to observe injustices around them and engage with their desire to challenge and disrupt the systems that enforce these cruelties.”

“The anti-capitalist agenda of ‘Lions’ Den’ immediately conjured up nature documentary footage, and the need for survival,” the clip’s director, Niall Trask adds. “I wanted to look at the idea of nature versus nurture, and a man-made hive of bees being harvested by humans seemed like a good place to start.”
