Rina Sawayama entered the BBC Live Lounge today, and covered the title track from Billie Eilish’s sophomore record, ‘Happier Than Ever’.
It is Sawayama’s first time in the Live Lounge, and she is already garnering praise online for her powerful vocal showing. You can watch the cover of one of Rina’s, “favey songs,” below:
Sawayama also used the Live Lounge session to perform ‘Hold The Girl’ – the title track from her recent third album. In a five-star review, Dork said that, on ‘Hold The Girl’, “Rina proves she could rub shoulders with the big leagues”. You can check out the full review here.
