Rina Sawayama has released a video for her latest single, ‘Catch Me In The Air’

The track serves as the latest single from her upcoming album 'Hold The Girl'.

Rina Sawayama has shared her new single, ‘Catch Me In The Air‘.

Following on from ‘This Hell’, it’s the latest cut from her upcoming second studio album ‘Hold The Girl’, which will be released on 2nd September via Dirty Hit.

The song is a tribute to her mum, who raised Rina as a single parent. “I really wanted to write about this weird relationship with single parents,” she explains. “You do catch each other in the air.”

The clip was created with fan-submitted footage of Rina performing the track on her recent UK and US tours – check it out below.

Rina will embark on a UK and Ireland tour in October, including a show at London’s O2 Academy Brixton.
