ROLE MODEL has dropped a brand new song and video with ‘for the people in the back’
A confident track delving into the joys of independence and solitude, it sits as the first new music revealed by ROLE MODEL since the release of last year’s EP ‘oh, how perfect’. ‘for the people in the back’ was debuted by Zane Lowe on his Apple Beats 1 show – so a pretty good sign eh?!
Speaking about writing the track ROLE MODEL (birth name being Tucker Pillsbury) said: “It was a week where I ended a lot of really shitty relationships that were just mentally beating the shit out of me. There’s an underlying tone of acceptance. I had a burst of confidence, which is brand new. I want to hear people scream this song back to me.”
