It’s produced by the formidable trio of Fred again.., Stuart Price and Jamie xx.

There have been festivals all over the UK this weekend. From Live At Leeds In The Park to Wide Awake and Slam Dunk – both North and South legs – there’s barely a park or field not packed with bands dropping bangers.

Not to be left out, Scotland has had its own extravaganza in the form of BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend. Featuring some of the biggest names on the planet, it’s not been short of Dork friendly artists.

Romy released the track back in April. Following up on her recent Fred again.. collab ‘Strong’, the track premiered as BBC Radio 1’s Hottest Record and features the voice of Beverly Glenn-Copeland. It’s produced by the formidable trio of Fred again.., Stuart Price and Jamie xx. And in terms of more new music, when asked if an album would be released this year, she said “I mean, yeah, I really hope so,”. “That’s not in my control, but I’m really excited and it’s been really fun working with the people I’ve worked with on it. And I’m excited for people to hear it.”
