There’s been doubt over whether Run The Jewels were definitely going to get to Glastonbury for their set this weekend, as Killer Mike had to dash back to the US earlier this week to be with his mum.
“Hey, all. Due to my Mom being in very bad health I had to exit Cannes early to return to the States to be with her in what may be her final hours,” he posted on Twitter. “Thanks to all for any prayer and good energy.”
But he’s now confirmed via Instagram that they’re definitely on their way, and that their Saturday afternoon set is dedicated to his mum: “I’m doing this show today for U girl.” Read his full post below, and catch them performing from 4.15pm.
