Sad news from camp Run The Jewels – Killer Mike has had to head back stateside to be with his ill mother.
Tweeting out earlier this morning, he explained: “Hey, all. Due to my Mom being in very bad health I had to exit Cannes early to return to the States to be with her in what may be her final hours. Thanks to all for any prayer and good energy.”

Run The Jewels are set to appear at Glastonbury this Saturday afternoon, where they’re due to be introduced by Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn. There’s been no official announcement if that’s now off the cards, but logistically it looks unlikely to go ahead. Some things really are more important.
