Ryan Adams has written a song about a radio station

The man loves ‘105.5 The Colorado Sound’
Ryan Adams has recorded a song for a radio station.

No, we don’t know why either. Maybe he’s just a huge fan of the airwaves. Why not? ‘105.5 The Colorado Sound’ is essentially an extended station ID, as Ryan name drops DJs over a rock track.

He’s playing a show in Red Rocks on the 14th, so there’s the tenuous possibility the track could link in with that. But, truthfully, we think he just had an extra five minutes and loves ‘The Colorado Sound’. Remember that time he tried to take a year off and instead re-recorded a whole Taylor Swift album? This is a tea break for Ryan Adams. He writes songs in his sleep. Probably.
