Sea Girls have shared another preview of their second album ‘Homesick’, ‘Sleeping With You’

  • Stephen Ackroyd
  • January 21, 2022

Sea Girls have delivered another taster of their forthcoming second album ‘Homesick’.

Titled ‘Sleeping With You’, it’s the latest track to preview the new full-length, set for release on 25th March via Polydor.

Frontman Henry Camamile explains: “This song is about dreaming of your American ex-girlfriend instead of the girl you’re with right now. It’s a warning to not waste your time on me as my heart is still with another, so I’ll only let you down. It’s about not letting yourself love anyone else, although you know you should.”

So relatable if you happen to have an American ex-girlfriend, then. Bit of a problem if you’re in an on-again-off-again thing with a lad from Stoke. We’re sure it’s a universal thing really.

Sea Girls are set to hit the road later this year, with European dates, a run of UK indie record store shows, and a bunch of festival appearances already on the books. You can find those after the jump, and check out ‘Seeping With You’ below.
