Welsh indie-poppers Seazoo have shared their latest single ‘Roy’s World’ – check it out below, first on Dork. It’s a cut from their upcoming debut album.
“‘Roy’s World’ is the first single to be taken from our debut album,” the band explain, “and we’re all so excited. We’ve been playing most of the album live for the past year so it’s good to finally get it recorded and out there.
“We usually do as much as possible ourselves at home, so all artwork and music is lovingly hand-crafted! The artwork for the single features Llinos’ (vocals/keys) skills with melted cheese – her first time working in this challenging medium!
“During the recording of ‘Roy’s World’ we ventured beyond our own home for the first time, so the the drums were done at Islet’s ‘Pontvane’ hillside studio in Radnorshire, and other louder noises at a local decommissioned nuclear bunker, now ROC2 in Wrexham!’”
‘Roy’s World’ was produced by Ben Trow, and is out tomorrow, 12th May. Catch the group live:
