There have been festivals all over the UK this weekend. From Live At Leeds In The Park to Wide Awake and Slam Dunk – both North and South legs – there’s barely a park or field not packed with bands dropping bangers.
Not to be left out, Scotland has had its own extravaganza in the form of BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend. Featuring some of the biggest names on the planet, it’s not been short of Dork friendly artists.
Self Esteem released her sophomore album ‘Prioritise Pleasure’ in October 2021. It was nominated for Album Of The Year in 2022’s Mercury Awards. She recently re-issued her debut ‘Compliments Please’ on vinyl for the 2023 Record Store Day.
