Sinkane has returned with a brand new single.

‘Dépaysé’ is the title track from his forthcoming seventh studio album, and sees him addressing his family history in song form.

According to Ahmed Gallab, the song came to him in a dream where he heard his father playing guitar and singing in Arabic.

Kind of beats sitting ’round the kitchen table until someone comes up with a rhyming couplet, eh?

‘Dépaysé’ the album is set for release on 31st May via City Slang. You can check out the title-track below.
