Sorry have announced their second album, ‘Anywhere But Here’.
Set to arrive on 7th October via Domino, the news comes alongside a new single, ‘Let The Lights On’.
“It’s a fun love song for the club,” the band explain. “A bittersweet track for us. It kinda touches on how you want to be honest and say things directly, but in the end that can also ruin them. If you’ve got a light don’t let it go out… sometimes you have to leave things behind but it’s hard to do.”
Recorded in Bristol, produced by the band’s Louis O’Bryen, Asha Lorenz, and Ali Chant with Portishead’s Adrian Utley, ‘Anywhere But Here’ follows up on 2020’s debut album ‘925’ and last year’s ‘Twixtustwain’ EP.
