Dork’s Night Out is proud to present The Moth Ball – a celebration of Spector’s new album ‘Now Or Whenever’ live at London’s Moth Club

  • January 11, 2022

There’s good news and there’s bad news, Dear Reader. As with so many other tours, Spector have been forced to postpone their forthcoming tour dates thanks to the current Covid spike. The run, which was due to take place this month, will now move to March and April. But every cloud has a silvery lining. To celebrate the release of their new album ‘Now Or Whenever’, we’re helping throw a special edition of Dork’s Night Out this coming Thursday (13th January 2022).

To give the record the welcome it deserves, Spector will be taking over London’s Moth Club for The Moth Ball – a special night full of quality entertainment.

Alongside a headline set by the band (and a range of friends), there’ll be support from Famous, DJ sets from The Magic Gang, Swim Deep and Jessica Winter vs Hate Zine, and a Spector Raffle to win a range of amazing prizes, hosted by our very own Down With Boring hosts Jake Hawkes & Jamie Muir.

“We’re gutted we had to move our tour starting this week,” explains Spector’s Fred Macpherson, “but we couldn’t bring ourselves to move the secret show we had planned with our friends at Dork. If Shepherds Bush has to wait until April let’s make the Moth Ball one for the ages.”

Tickets for The Moth Ball will be available on a first-come, first-served basis on the night for only £3.99! Not only gaining you entry to the full Moth Ball experience, you’ll also get entry into the Spector Raffle.

In line with COVID protocols, proof of a negative LFT within the past 24 hours will be required for entry.
