Spring King have dropped their new album ‘A Better Life’, and it’s loads of fun

They're on the cover of Dork this month, you know.

Spring King have released their second album, and it’s streaming online in full.

Titled ‘A Better Life’, it’s the follow up to 2016’s debut ‘Tell Me If You Like To’, and it sees the band fully collaborating for the first time, rather than, as a press release describes, “looking to the talismanic Tarek Musa for the central sound”.

Tarek is still behind the desk, though, producing the record. “It’s about unifying,” he says. “Our generation is gonna be in charge one day. And I hope people’s morals outweigh any financial attractions in life. Outweigh working for a corporate giant that’s doing harm to the world.”

You can read more from Spring King in the September issue of Dork, out now. It also features Idles, Our Girl, Anna Calvi, Slaves, Friendly Fires and loads more.
