Squid are set to perform at Scala early next year for a one-off London headline performance.
The live show will take place on February 9th, 2023, and will offer a glimpse of songwriting growth since the Brighton group released their debut LP, ‘Bright Green Field’, last year – Dork’s four-star review described the record as, “a little pretentious, and definitely an album that requires your full attention, but it’s a deceptively good time too”.
The Kings Cross venue was intended to host a headline show in support of the album, but was rescheduled and eventually cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. They will finally get to play the venue next year, with support from Bristol’s Quade.
Squid have said: “Our original show at Scala was meant to be our first London headline, so it means a lot to be able to make it happen.”

Fan pre-sale opens at 10am on Thursday, December 15th, with general sales opening 24 hours later – all tickets will be available here.
