Squid shout about houseplants in their new song, ‘Houseplants’

Squid have released a new ~visualiser for their new track, ‘Houseplants’.

Vocalist Ollie Judge says the song is about “being able to afford a house and not having to have beans on toast for the week leading up to payday. Pessimistically, I don’t see that future happening, but I still catch myself every now and again thinking it could.”

The band are currently gearing up for SXSW, with a load of UK dates planned for spring and summer too – including sets at The Great Escape, Live At Leeds, Neverworld, Green Man and End of the Road.
