After months of teasing, hype and general excitement, it’s finally time – The 1975‘s new album, ‘A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships’ is here.
The band’s third full-length, and first part of their Music For Cars duopoly, it’s one of the most anticipated records of 2018, and also – if we may be so bold – one of the very best.
It’s already scored a whole raft of five star reviews – including our own, right here. Honestly, it’s a bit of a millennial masterpiece.
‘A Brief Inquiry…’ drops at the same time as our brand new, end of year double issue, featuring twelve pages of The 1975 as we head round frontman Matty Healy’s house to talk about what it’s like to be in one of the biggest, most important bands on the planet.
You can read that interview here, and order a copy of the print magazine here. If you want to make sure you get one, get on it soon – they’re flying out.
While you’re doing that, you can stream ‘A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships’ below. Out of the tracks you’ve not heard, we’d especially recommend ‘Inside Your Mind’, ‘I Couldn’t Be More In Love’ and ‘I Always Wanna Die (Sometimes)’.
