Slaves have unleashed another blistering cut from their upcoming record ‘Take Control’, in the form of the Mike D-featuring ‘Consume Or Be Consumed’.
The Beastie Boy lays down some rhymes on the new number, going toe to toe with frontman Isaac Holman for a true gritty moshpit starter.
It’s come with a fresh new video, featuring the Slaves’ boys competing in their very own hot dog eating contest (well, whatever it is in the middle of those buns) and well, failing quite miserably and ending up in a pool of their own vomit. Standard Friday night?
Their second studio album ‘Take Control’ is set for release on September 30th, featuring previously released single ‘Spit It Out’, ‘People That You Meet’ and the title track itself. And some more tracks too, of course.
The duo are currently finishing up their ‘Back In The Van’ run of tour dates which sees them play incredibly small venues around the country, and will then embark on a full headline run this November.
Time to decide, ‘Consume Or Be Consumed’? Have a look below to work it out, along with Slaves’ upcoming November tour dates.
