It looks like Sundara Karma have finished work on their second album.
Our conclusion comes from an in depth period of investigative journalism, where we read a tweet from the band’s label, RCA. “So Sundara Karma’s second album is all finished,” it read.
We know, it’s this insight that makes us your premiere source of new music news, right?
The update follows a message from the band back in May, where they stated: “The incubation period is nearly complete. It has been a process of deep healing and refinement. From the depths of our slumber we will once again emerge, but until then… keep buying into the illusion that new music from us is EXACTLY what you need. Many thanks, The Brand.”
There’s no indication of when this new material will see the light of day, but Sundara Karma are set to play Bestival this weekend, with a big slot at Neighbourhood festival booked in for later this year.
Sundara Karma’s debut album ‘Youth Is Only Ever Fun In Retrospect’ was released back in January of 2017.
